The SAP Calculator comes in three versions.

• Free version to check compliance with part L1 includes the Building Regulations database.You need to register to get the free version.
  
• SAP Designer version as above but including production of sap reports for submission to building control. Just £85 per year.
  
• SAP Energy Performance Certificates for use with NAPIT see www.napit.org.uk for pricing information (£295 per year as of 01/10/08). This includes the cost of software
• SAP Energy Performance Certificates Scotland. For use in Scotland to produce EPC and the simplified method. £200.
  

Contract Administration and CDM designer.

The software a subscription to our building regulations database. The cost is £85 per year and covers all updates. Thus for £85 you recieve a disk covering all building regulations documents, the contract administration package and the CDM designer. Easily the best value construction software package available anywhere.
